Nov 29, 2019 · That doesn't actually matter. What matters is that the date and time on the device that runs the app (1) and the date and time on the SWTOR authentication server must be the same. Since we can safely assume that SWTOR's server has the *right* date and time, that implies that your device's date and time must be exactly correct. With an exisiting Security Key, you'll see a prompt to enter your Security Key Code. Below the code entry box, click on Lost your Security Key? Instructions will appear on how to remove your Security Key.

I've switched phones a couple times during the course of playing SWTOR and removing/replacing the authenticator is super easy as long as you have access to the email associated with the account to do a one-time password in between removing the key app and adding a new one.
